Rosa Estates: The Farmhouse & Stables is situated on a property that comprises 10 hectares of cork trees and holm oaks on an unspoiled and beautiful landscape. It can be considered an alternative and unique option that combines the short-term rental of the suites to a full, exclusive and private use of a property which offers several programs that are tailored to suit our guests.

Our aim is to provide to our guests a stay in a very special farmhouse, with 6 double suites (2 with king-sized beds, 2 with queen-sized beds and 2 with large single beds, all of which have an en-suite bathroom).

The Farmhouse offers fireplaces in the living room and dining room, a regional kitchen, a pool, a barbecue terrace and a number of outdoor areas.

Activities and services offered include: jogging, under-the-cork-trees picnic service, swimming, yoga classes, personal trainer sessions, outdoor cinema, summer pool DJ, babysitting, individual meal orders or full table service group meals, winter bingo nights, music entertainment (fado ou cantares Alentejanos night), groups board games on winter nights, cooking lessons, wine tasting sessions/lessons, leisure vintage cycling, flee market tours, bio agriculture activities, limo service, tourism guides and many others.

• THE ROOMS - Among the many details inside the rooms that will ensure your comfort, we point out the private en-suite baths, the central heating and the comfortable, well-sized orthopaedic beds.
  
• THE LIVING ROOM - The 100m2 living room can comfortably accommodate all guests and visitors. It has a cinema screen, backgammon and card games.
  
• THE KITCHEN - The kitchen is spacious, fantastic for large cooked (has all kinds of pots and accessories) and sophisticated cuisine. The utility room has a wine cellar and the kitchen offers all the amenities you need, such as a refrigerator and large freezer, all machines such as a microwave, oven, garbage, juicer, coffee machines, electric mixer, etc. This kitchen is an amazing space to be cooking with family, friends or other guests.
• THE DINING ROOM - The 50m2 dining room can comfortably accommodate all guests and visitors. The table has a maximum of 16 seats. For dinners with up to 30 guests, we are able to offer two additional tables: one with 10 seats and another with 4 seats. We can also offer a formal dining service with sophisticated cutlery, wine glasses, champagne, etc.

Rosa Estates: The Farmhouse & Stables has facilities to accommodate up to 3 horses during your stay, so you are welcome to bring your own horse and book in advance. We also have a big paddock, a riding arena, and 87ha of this beautiful property for you to use for riding and taking horse-riding lessons.
